Where emotional bravery cultivates

the connections that matter most

What is Courageous Intimacy?

(It’s about much more than you think!)

Courageous:

The willingness to show up fully and be vulnerable. It’s not the absence of fear, but the decision to speak, listen, feel, connect, and act even when it’s uncomfortable, awkward, or scary.

Intimacy:

Intimacy is the act of letting someone get close enough to touch what’s real in you. Not just your body and pleasure, but your fears and longings.

The Center for Courageous Intimacy is a home for tools, conversations, and cultural leadership around vulnerability, connection, and communication.

Whether you are single, in a relationship, in a YPO forum or small group, or in a community group, Dr. Jenn Gunsaullus and The Center are here to help you move beyond silence, avoidance, fear, and shame, into truth, trust, compassion, and love.

And all of this starts with one brave question:

What do you avoid talking about — and why?
